These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding
agreement between you and BambooSoftware ("we",
"us") regarding the use of the
Emergency Rescue application ("App") on Android
and iOS devices.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
Each person may only own one account unless authorized by us
3. User Account
3.1. Registration
You may register using email, phone number, or Zalo account. You
must verify your email or phone number to activate full features.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and not sharing your account
Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access
We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account
3.3. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting
[email protected]. After deletion, all
personal data will be removed within 30 days, except data we are
legally required to retain.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. Permitted
Use the App for its intended purpose of emergency rescue and community support
Report actual incidents with accurate information
Update personal information and emergency contacts
Share alerts to support the community
4.2. Prohibited
Spreading false information or filing fake incident reports
Using the App for illegal purposes or to cause harm
Deliberately overloading the system or disrupting services
Unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems
Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of the App
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the App
5. Features & Permissions
Location: Determine your position during emergencies
Notifications: Send SOS alerts, disaster warnings, and incident reports
Camera & Photo Library: Capture photos and attach them to incident reports
Storage: Upload attachments for reports
You may revoke any permission in device settings, but some features may become limited.
6. Push Notifications
The App sends push notifications for the following purposes:
SOS alerts from nearby users
Natural disaster and weather warnings
Incident reports within your alert radius
Important account and service updates
You may customize notification types in app settings or disable them entirely in device settings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, source code, and trademarks in the App are owned by BambooSoftware
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App
Content you submit (reports, photos) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it to provide our services
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App
The App is a support tool and does not replace official emergency services
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time
We may discontinue the App with reasonable prior notice
10. Platform-Specific Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and BambooSoftware, not Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for the App and its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
If the App fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund (if applicable)
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
The App complies with Google Play Developer Policies
Google LLC is not responsible for the App and its content
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by the competent courts in Vietnam.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes
will be communicated through the App or via email before taking
effect. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
